The aim of the Cyber Security Handbook is to Assure a Safety, Continuity and Maintainability of Industrial Control Systems (ICS for short)
This work is based on UAE's brilliant Information Assurance Standard from NESA (National Electronic Security Authority). One more layer relevant to ICS has been added to this standard - Industrial Safety Systems
This works is a well elaborated path to easily, humanly, controllable implement such a brilliant standard to the ICS environment while keeping auditable track.
